BRIGHT AMERICAN-86 Ale Yeast

This is a true intercontinental hybrid created by breeding a Kolsch strain with one of the worlds most popular ale strains. The result is a robust, highly ﬂocculent ale strain that ferments clean over a wide temperature range. American-86 ferments fast and has excellent alcohol tolerance making it a first choice for todays brewers.
WHAT MAKES THIS STRAIN UNIQUE? This yeast is all about efficiency for today’s busy craft brewer. It is particularly fast fermenting for quick tank turnaround.
INGREDIENTS: Yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491
Fermentation temperature:15~25 ℃ , ideally 18~22 ℃
Dosage instructions: 50 to 100 g/hl , increase dosage up to 100 to 300 g/hl at special conditions of fermentation.
